Meet Pastor Jay

Meet Jay. He is one of the founders of the International True Gospel Christian Ministry (TGCM) Organization. Even though Rev. Jay is more of an Evangelist, he is often referred to as “Pastor Jay” since he heads the online church broadcasts. He has adopted that title for his weekly Friday program on Livestream.com called “Bible Talk”.

In the 1970's, Rev. Jay worked for Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), Channels 33 & 39 in Dallas. CBN was the home of the 700 Club and Rev. Pat Robertson

Rev. Jay grew up attending churches in Texas. Two of the main churches he attended with his Grandma Hattie were the Oak Cliff Assembly of God church, then later the First Foursquare church. Rev. Jay would go on to attend the Foursquare Bible colleges.

He is an Ordained Minister of the Gospel of Christ.

Additionally, Pastor Jay, prior to being ordained, had served for over 35 years in various church functions.

Our Staff

The TGCM Organization, TGCM Church Worldwide, TELL EM NOW! Evangelism Program and TGCM Bible College have a great team of Volunteers. TGCM has NO PAID positions or paid staff. Its all volunteers for God.

Board of Directors

Consists of five individuals who are members or advisors. The Board is govern by the Church Constitution and By-Laws.

Dr. Patience Turtoe-Sanders

Dr. Sanders is a TV evangelist and author. She serves on the faculty of TGCM Bible College.

Rev. Chris Cley

Pastor Cley was ordained by TGCM.

President Dr. Linda A.

Linda is President and Dean of TGCM Bible College.

Rev. Dilliram

Pastor Dilliram is TGCM Coordinator and heads the missions efforts in Nepal.

Rev. Udhav

Missionary in Nepal.

Bishop Oliver Khern

Bishop Khern heads the New Horizons Church in the UK.

College Staff

Brian and Jerry are Students Advisors. Lynn, Dr. Sanders, Pastor Jay, Pastor Cley, and others serve as Instructors, and Mr. Williams works in Admissions and Enrollment

TGCM Org Request Team

Mr. Wayne handles TGCM Web Requests and Welcome packages. Sidney maintains and handles website design and issues.
